This item is eligible for a free replacement, within 3 days of delivery, in the unlikely event of the defective or different item being delivered to you. In the rare event that you receive a damaged device, please create a replacement request within 24 hours of order delivery. Raising a replacement request any time after 24 hours of order delivery will result in your replacement request being rejected. Please note that we will provide a replacement for only those products where damage is not caused by the customer in any manner whatsoever.
