A&nbsp;replacement will be initiated if inventory is availableb. A&nbsp;refund will be provided if inventory is not available. For Mobiles, Laptops, Desktops, Tablets, Accessories, and Other Carry-In Products:<ul><li>Customers will be guided to visit the nearest Croma store or the brand service centre to obtain a defect certification.</li><li>Based on the confirmation received&nbsp;from the brand for the replacement, a replacement will be initiated.</li></ul>a. Wrong Product:If the customer receives a product that does not match the description on the product details page, we will facilitate a return and refund for the item after completing a quality check. Cancellation PolicyThe customer can choose to cancel an order any time before it's dispatched. The order cannot be cancelled once it’s out for delivery. <ul><li>Unboxing &amp; Installation should be done by Brand's Authorized agent only.</li><li>Installation will be provided by Brand, Please contact the Brand Service/Customer Support as mentioned on product packaging.</li><li>The product must be installed exclusively by the Authorized Brand Service Centre to maintain warranty eligibility, and the customer must ensure installation is completed within 7 days of delivery.</li></ul>A/C Demo &amp; InstallationSplit A/C Standard Installation INCLUSION<ul><li>Payment of installation charges directly to the brand engineer.</li><li>Mounting of indoor and outdoor units.</li><li>Installation of copper pipe and electrical wiring between indoor and outdoor units (as provided in the box).&nbsp;</li></ul>Split A/C Standard Installation EXCLUSION<ul><li>If the customer upgrades the AC from split to inverter, they may need to replace existing piping. For concealed piping, the customer is responsible for arranging all civil, masonry, and carpentry work to replace it.</li></ul>Additional Charges (Subject to Site Requirements – Directly Charged by Brand)<ul><li>Site inspection charges (adjustable with installation charges) ranging from INR 250 to 350.</li><li>Wall or floor bracket for outdoor unit ranging from INR 750 to 950.</li><li>Removal of old window (INR 250 to 350) or split A/C (INR 500 to 750).</li><li>Additional copper pipe at INR 250 to 350 per foot (as per brand rate card).</li><li>Mandatory nitrogen testing to reuse old installed piping at INR 750 to 1100 per unit.</li></ul>General Terms &amp; Conditions<ul><li>Indicative charges may vary among brands. Any other charges not mentioned will be communicated by the brand service engineer before installation begins.</li><li>Customers are responsible for arranging civil and masonry work.</li><li>Due to safety concerns, brand engineers may decline installations.</li><li>Free standard installation from all brands is not applicable for commercial usage or purchases of more than 5 ACs in a single invoice.</li></ul>Note: All prices mentioned above are tentative.
