All approved requests are subject to reverse pickup availability and Quality Check (QC) verification at our service facility. Products must be returned in original packaging along with all accessories, manuals, warranty cards, labels, and invoice copies.</li></ul><p><br></p><ul><li>Replacement requests may be rejected in cases involving customer misuse, mishandling, physical damage caused after delivery, excessive usage, missing items, tampered packaging, or claims raised without valid supporting proof. Cosmetic variations not affecting product functionality shall not qualify for replacement approval.</li></ul><p><br></p><ul><li>QUBA follows a strict No Refund Policy. Under eligible cases, only replacement will be provided. If the returned product passes QC and is found fully functional or misused, the same unit will be returned back to the customer. After completion of the replacement window, products shall continue to remain covered under applicable manufacturer warranty terms.
